Your Questions, Answered
Still have questions?
I’m here to make starting Pilates feel simple and approachable. If you don’t see your question, I’d be happy to help.
-
Not at all. Many of my clients are completely new to Pilates.
-
We’ll meet live over Google Meet or FaceTime from the comfort of your home. I’ll coach you in real time, provide personalized feedback, and make adjustments jast as I would during an in-person private session.
-
A yoga or Pilates mat is all you need to get started. Depending on your goals, I may suggest optional equipment such as dumbbells, resistance bands, or a Pilates ring and ball, but none of these are required.
-
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Bare feet or grip socks work best, and make sure you have enough space to extend your arms and legs fully.
-
Your first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll discuss your goals, movement history, and any limitations before working through a personalized workout tailored to your body and experience level.
-
For most clients, one to three sessions per week creates noticeable improvements in strength, posture, mobility, and overall movement quality. We’ll create a schedule that fits your lifestyle and goals.
-
Life happens! I ask for at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or rescheudle your sessions.
